I alway sloved yogurt, especially Blueberry.. Did you know that  Plain yogurt naturally contains about 16 grams of sugar per cup. But if you eat flavored yogurt, you could be downing 15  additional grams of sugar, which is like shoveling in four extra teaspoonfuls.

A good yogurt you could try eating is p lain, low-fat yogurt and stir in a teaspoon of honey, maple syrup, or all-fruit spread for a hint of sweetness. There is also fat-free Greek yogurt, which is lower in sugar than even regular plain yogurt but often has double the protein to keep you satisfied longer.

Just some insight on Yogurt…

Its so crazy!!! People don’t read the labels!

Most people assume that all yogurts are healthy and considered “diet food”

You might as well just eat a snickers bar…

READ THE LABELS!

Activia doesn’t have the LAC (Live Active Cultures) seal, which shows that the tested product has enough live active cultures to actually provide a sufficient amount of live bacterial cultures to provide the beneficial probiotic effects, or the main benefit that they base their product around. whether that is because they claim that they have their own patented variety of bacteria so they don’t need the seal (horse crap), or because they don’t actually have enough active cultures in their product to make it effective (more likely), i do not know, but i would agree with Lori that Activia is more likely a sham than a miracle weight loss/digestive system improving product.
