well i need to lose 6lb.. i am not really saying its a resolution.. i know i will do it and i will make it happen..

i know my comment might not make sense but i dont consider it a resolution… usually after the holidays i gain a few lbs and i know after the hoidays its time to cut back and i will make it happen.. foe some reason making this a resolution gives it a bad vide as if i struggle with it..

i just have to cut our cheese wine crackers, desserts for then next month or so then go back to maintaining

Happy New Year Laura! I just need to keep training and improving my technique, the strength will come with time.
How is your resolution coming along? I know you have a lot of tools available but if you need any help or support let me know! :)
I don’t eat gluten or dairy so I have some recipes w/o chocolate and cheese ;)

lol I guess mine isn’t a resolution either..sounds like we both just want to be more awesome. if that is possible.
a typical meal plan… well here is what I have had so far today…
6:00 am - 1 egg, 2 egg whites, 1/4 avocado, 1/2 cup black beans
coffee with 1/4 cup almond milk & 1 tbsp raw honey
9:30 am - 2 scoops vanilla protein powder (arbonne), 1 scoop fiber, 1 tsp cinnamon (I lifted this AM, otherwise I normally eat 10-14 almonds and 1/2 cup berries)
12:00 pm - 6 oz rosemary chicken, 1 cup baked citrus honey carrots and parsnips, 1/2 cup lentils and quinoa
3:00 pm -  10 almonds, 1 cup raw broccoli
and tonight at 6:00 pm I will have - 6 ounce salmon w/ mustard sauce (dijon, olive oil, dill, & basil), walnut lemon brussels sprouts, and sauteed mushrooms with caramelized shallots.
I can send you a message with any recipes you’re interested in trying out! My favorite breakfast by the way… Organic quinoa made with coconut milk, honey, raisins, almonds, pecans, cinnamon, vanilla extract, dash of coconut oil and flakes.
and yes… intolerance :/

It is so balanced filled with whole food, and healthy macros!
Were did you come up with this amazing plan?

This is my daily meal plan

Meal 1: protein pancake make with ½ cup oatmeal. ¾ cup egg whites, ¾ cup blueberries, 1 tsp fiber, and tons of cinnamon
Meal 2: 3 oz grilled chicken and ½ cup broccoli slaw, 2 tbsp homemade tomato sauce
Meal 3: 1 scoop protein powder 1 tbsp almond butter and ½ tsp flax see
Meal 4: 3 oz roasted parsnips OMG MY FAVE!! 1 cup broccoli and sometime 3oz tuna or grilled chicken
Meal 5: 5 oz fish or grilled chicken, 1 cup veggies and LOTS of kale
Meal 6: 1 scoop chocolate protein powder and 1 tbsp pb2… i cut this out if i am trying to lose weight (due to holidays and over bored weekend cheats)

I feel like if i add anything more i gain weight… i wonder if my metabolism is shot??

lol I am no expert but I think it may have to do with me being about 4 inches taller, 18-20% fat, and 45lbs heavier than you? Doesn’t that mean I get to eat more? Who is to say…lol
Well, I decided a while back to try my absolute best to eat whole foods. I do a lot of meal prep on the weekends. I get a lot of recipes from Dr. Weil’s website. I will definitely send you some this evening when I get home from work!
Your meal plan looks solid! by the way, we took over this forum.. apparently no one else has a resolution.
