i didn’t cheat, but i follow the 90-10 principle so it’s rare for me to consider anything cheating. here’s what i ate today though just in case you really did want to know:
breakfast
3 eggs + 3 egg whites
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 cup mixed frozen fruit (cherries, blueberries, strawberries, peaches)
1/2 cup milk
dash of cinnamon and bee pollen
yerba matte tea
snack
handful of trailmix (almonds, sunflower seeds, dried cranberries, golden raisins)
coffee
lunch
4 oz. smoked lean brisket
salsa verde
pan fried red potatoes with a dallop of sour cream
1 cup tortilla soup
mixed field greens salad with blue cheese dressing
iced tea (black)
dinner
8 oz encrusted seared ahi tuna
1/2 avocado
6 oz grilled broccolini
1 glass red wine
1 oz 85% cocoa dark chocolate
gonna have my prebed pudding before bed, and had an off day from lifting today. pretty typical day for me diet-wise.
