Things you really want to say back to them
You need to live a little and just eat what you want
“Just because you feel guilty that I have discipline and eat healthy doesn’t mean I have to be a fatty like you”
I don’t want to lift heavy because I don’t want to bulk up….
“Ok… stay skinny fat, you must have all the answers”
Wait till you have kids and get older, you wont maintain your physique
“ok we will see about that, I actually have self control and discipline unlike you”
I have no time to diet/cook and workout…..

I can’t eat healthy because my kids don’t like healthy meals…

I only eat 1200 calories a day, workout 7 days a week and I still weigh 180 lb

Oh come on, a little bread and butter won’t kill you…

How do you get abs and arms like that?
“Ummmm “hard work…you won’t get toned arms and abs if you only do a few bicep curls and crunches”
I bet you don’t have a social life or drink
“I probably have more of a social life then you, I just don’t need to eat French fries and burgers to have fun… and YES! I award myself with a few glasses of wine on the weekend because I know how to manage my diet throughout the work week! “
