I love muscle maker grill!! They have the best tasting healthy food… You guys have to check out there website menu… seriously this place was made for fitness/bodybuilding gurus soooooo freakin good

haven’t been in a while, but the last time i was, i got the european wrap (chicken, spinach, roasted pepper, parmesan)….so yummy!

They are great because they can cater to your diet and portions… is you asked for just steamed veggies and no sauce they don’t look at you funny lol.

They have sooo many menu options:
 
-Low fat
-low carb
-high calorie
-low calorie
-high protein  

we don’t have these out in CA, at least that i’m aware of. this place probably wouldn’t do too well out here considering most restaurants are already pretty health conscious.

can’t remember where i heard about this place… i’m pretty sure you guys talked about this place in a different thread?

You have tons on healthy lifestyle, organic, fresh cafes, markets, and restaurants… why do you think people in California opt for htis life style more hten the east coast?
 
Do you have less cancer, heart disease rates and mortality rates?
 

I know, we are so spoiled! ^_^

That’s why we say everyone is jealous of Californians, you totally wish you lived here, haha! I think it has to do with the fact that the standard of living is so good out here. You have much more affluent people and big metropolises, and with all the best growing areas in the country located right here in state, we get amazing produce and fresh meat products. Since everything is such good quality and people have a lot of money, we like the best.

BOOO!! I am jealous! I live in an affluent area as well?
 
We don’t have as much produce/meat grown locally like you guys but i would think we would have more “health cafes” in the area… I know NYC has a good number but not so common were i living in NJ…
