protein pudding.. 1 scoop chocolate protein, 1 tbsp organic alomd flax seed crunchy butter
Protein pancake… 3/4 cup egg whites, 1/2 oatmeal, 1/4 cup blue berries, 1/4 cranberrys, cook liek a pancake and add any topping you want yummmm!!!!
i love flank steak, cod and salmon dishes, roasted sweet potatoe fries and my new favorite side dish is roasted parsnips.. obsessed!!!

Wow everything looks so awesome! haha, I make some awesome Stuffed Peppers, I take 4oz Lean chicken, grind it up with seasonings of your choice cherry peppers are great with it!, Split a Bell pepper (Green) in half and take all the seeds out, Fill it with the chicken and seasonings, cook for 30min on about 250-300* depending on your over power, you may cook longer if you want a more crisp pepper. after it is done i spread some Hummus on them and wow… it feels like cheating lol
WOW!! that sounds amazing!! i think i will do that tonight wiht some added veggies mixed it.. I will just chop my chicken really small!!
