• 1 scoop low-card protein powder
• 1/2 banana sliced

Instructions:
Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Spray frying pan with cooking spray and cook mixture as you do regular pancakes. Serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon, sweetener, or sugar-free syrup. Variation: Substitute other fruits in the mixture, such as sliced strawberries, or have none at all.

hmm might have to try sometime protein pancakes tomorrow for breakfast. oh and, i think the tuna and eggs together is pretty good. alotta people think im pretty odd that i do that. it’s pretty good especially with a little tobassco sauce. sometimes i’ll just scramble the eggs with the tuna.

That sounds interesting TJ… I might have to try that.. I sometimes mix egg whites, ground turkey with peppers, and sweat potatoes on the side.  A nice protein and carb packed breakfast.

I must say, I am also a big fan of protein pancakes. They are easy to make and taste great.

LLulko.. I will definitely try some of your recipes

Warm Buckwheat Granola
Serves 2

Ingredients
1 cup water
1⁄2 cup buckwheat
4 large egg whites
1⁄4 cup quick-cooking oats
1⁄4 cup seedless raisins
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1⁄4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1⁄8 tsp. ground nutmeg
Nonstick cooking spray

Directions

1.In a small saucepan with a tight-fitting lid, bring water to a boil. Stir in buckwheat. Return to a boil, reduce heat to simmer, cover and continue cooking until water is completely absorbed, about 10 minutes.

2.Meanwhile, whisk the egg whites in a medium mixing bowl, then add oats, raisins, sugar and spices. Stir to combine thoroughly.

3.Add cooked, warm buckwheat to egg-white mixture and mix well.

4.Heat a medium-size nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat; add egg-white-and-buckwheat mixture. Stir and scrape the bottom of the skillet as granola cooks. When eggs are cooked and mixture looks dry, remove from heat and serve. Eat this whenever you want a hearty meal.
