I freakin love sushi… I usually get sushi on my cheat days…
However, last night I went out to dinner with my friend and I wanted to eat healthy (not a cheat day)
I ordered:
-Large garden salad with the ginger dressing on the side
-1 Nigiri roll: this is a rice less roll… It is wrapped in cucumber with pieces of tuna, salmon, and asparagus, and some other veggie
-2 rice less hand rolls made with tuna, yellow tale, scallions, and sliced cucumber
-1 side of steamed broccoli….
I went really light with the soy sause… I added wasabi and ginger dressing to dilute the soy sauce….
YUM!! It almost felt like a cheat meal… I recommend you try that Nigiri roll
