What forms of resistance do you use?
What techniques?

I use alot of band work with light weights it seems to be functional and effective for stabilizer training when used with free weight. This is due to the springy motion of each lift.
we use this with everything from bench press, squats, shoulder work, lower back work ect. ( good mornings with bands excellent burn)
I also believe that real form training is essential for stabilizers. Follow the body’s natural motions and see results quickly.
Thanks
Butch

I am going to Miami this week so i will mix in some free weights and resistance bands!!!!!
Question? when you do good mornings (which is found on fetch this muscle on Muscledog.com) do you add the bands on the barbell??
