We are training for a meet in december my bench is down around 600 right now due to concentrating on truck harness pulling. but keep up with the workouts I am posting on my page I have started adding descriptions and video’s will come soon. and remember for power keep the work outs short and fast we are typically done in 45min to 1 hour our breaks are usually (except max effort days) only 20 -30 seconds between sets typically we move anywhere from 35,000 to 90,000 lbs per workout. I recommend keeping a log of every rep and weight and weekly totals.
