Traditional Irish Soda Bread (gluten-free, dairy-free)
 
 
-2 ¾ cups blanched almond flour
-¼ teaspoon celtic sea salt
-1 ½ teaspoons baking soda
-½ cup raisins
-2 eggs
-2 tablespoons agave nectar
-2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
-pinch of caraway seeds
DIrections
 
1.In a large bowl combine almond flour, salt, baking soda and raisins
2.In a smaller bowl combine eggs, agave and apple cider vinegar
3.Mix wet ingredients into dry
4.Form dough into a large, flat circle that is 8 inches across and 1 ½ inches tall
5.Using a serrated knife, score top of dough about an inch and a half deep in shape of a cross
6.Sprinkle top of bread with caraway seeds
7.Bake at 350° for 20 minutes, then turn off oven and leave bread in for 10 more minutes
8.Cool bread for ½ hour then slice and serve with butter and jam

Hey guys.  I found this flax bread recipe.. It is ridiculously good.  Low in carbs, and includes
healthy fats and tons of fiber… you have to try it.  This will be your new favorite staple food…..
 
Flax bread
 
2 cups ground flaxseed
1tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
3 packets of stevia
2 wholeeggs
5 eggwhites
5 tabelspoons flax oil, coconut oil or olive too
1/2 cup water
Mix dry ingredients together then add the wet ingredients. I then added a bit of cinnamon and vanilla extract.
Bake at 350 for about 20 mins
 
12 pieces each
Cals: 145
Fat: 11.4
Carbs: .16
Protein. 6.5
You can be creative and mix nuts,
raisons, protein powder, chocolate chip, coco powder, pumpkin, other spices
etc. 
 
I have found so many great recipes.  If you need any ideas shoot me an email and I will make your favorite dish healthy…… (Burger, French fries, fudge, muffins, onion rings, cheese cake, pasta, ANYTHING…………………
 
If you want to add additional protein just add in a ½ scoop of vanilla protein

Cauliflower Pizza Crust
-1 cup cooked, riced cauliflower
-1 egg
-1 cup mozzarella cheese
-1/2tsp fennel
-1 tsp oregano
-2 tsp parsley 
 
Toppings
-low fat cheese cheese
-veggies
-creative sause
 
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees farenheit.
 
2. Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick spray.
 
3. In a medium bowl, combine cauliflower, egg and mozzarella. Press evenly on the pan. Sprinkle evenly with fennel, oregano and parsley.
 
4. Bake at 450 degrees for 12-15 minutes (15-20 minutes if you double the recipe).
 
5. Remove the pan from the oven. To the crust, add sauce, then toppings and cheese.
 
6. Place under a broiler at high heat just until cheese is melted.

Ew, cauliflower pizza crust? Does this taste good? Cauliflower is really bitter, I can’t imagine this being good…

its amazing!! you can add anything you want in it.. nuts, nut butters, dried fruit, cocoa powder, protein powder, coconut, extracts.. its endless!
