What are your thoughts?? is  it still a processed sauce??

“Roasted Red Peppers (Red Peppers, Citric Acid), Artichokes, Onions, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Garlic, Salt, Distilled Vinegar, Black Pepper, Spices.”

I think it looks pretty >>>good

looks good….what do you cook it with, chicken / pasta?  those
ingredients look pretty natural to me (the fewer big words the better
right)!

The ingredients don’t look bad at all, and Trader Joe’s is really good at not putting any artificial ingredients and flavorings in their food. I haven’t ever tried this, but I do like a lot of the other sauces and dressings you can find at TJ’s. Their Soyaki sauce and Goddess dressings are great!

interesting… tapenade is usually made with olives. roasted peppers and artichokes are great, as are the rest of the ingredients, so yes, this is a decent looking snack. it is actually a lot like salsa, but with a few more calories.

how do you use it as a salad dressing? isn’t it a paste? tapenade is usually pretty thick in consistency and makes for a great paste, but unless you cut it with something i don’t know how you’d make a dressing out of it…

It’s not really a paste… its more sauce and chunks of egg plant and artichokes…

And what’s wrong with using a paste as dressing?? I like hummus as a dressing for my greens…

I add this to cooked kale or broccoli slaw or cabbage… i sounds wired but its really good trust me.. I tried it by accident and it was amazing
