My shoes are worn down, and I badly need a new pair. I do a lot of running outside . Any suggestions which I should get?

My favorite running sneaker is Saucony  Progrid Hurricane
Awesome support, very comfortable, and great for running.. Those sneakers helped me get rid of my shin splints

I would recommend going to an athletic foot wear store were they specializing in choosing what sneakers are right for you.

They determine this by:

Your specific activity
Arch of your foot
Width
How you walk
Your stability and balance
Previous injuries
Ect.

Good luck and let me know how you made out.
You can Google athletic foot wear store in the area or go to an orthopedist (foot doctor)

Great advice, thanks… I will check out a store that specializes in running shoes.

Mine are the  nike air max

Personally, I am not a fan of Nike sneakers for running… They would aggravate my shin splints due to the lack of stability and support.  Aesthetically they are GREAT!! However, I would not recommend them for runners…

I will check out their new models to make sure!!

that does make sense I have heard that the nike shoxx are no good to run in that they can cause shin splints

best shoes to dead lift/ squat in are low flat bottom shoes with no hight in the heal if you are lifting serious weight or any weight in general. I like to use chuck tayor converse sneekers
