Hey my name is Ross, I am all state California footbal player and I have been lifting at Cal Strength for nearly 5 months now and I have noticed a significant difference in my Football performance. My game has become fine tuned in the specific motions that I do every play. John North is just one example of a fantastic trainer at cal strength who has helped my game improve. I would definatly recommend this training program for anybody in the Bay Area who is serious about playing college football. The Cal Strength team is both great role models and excellent mentors.

Ross you are the man, I am so excited to see you grow in the sport of football.  You are one of the hardest workers I have ever seen, and it is showing in your proformance on the field, All state!  damn bro that is great, I heard you are getting full ride offers from a hand full of D1 schools all over the place!  I also heard that you are thinking about picking Oregon State, I heard they offered you a very nice little packag!    Well whearever you decide to go you will do great.  Next stop is the NFL baby!

I am not sure.  I did notice a little bit of confusion during practice today.

you have no idea. after Jon is finished with Olympic lifting he should go out for WWE and become a “professional” wrestler. he has the perfect personality for it. kinda like the Rock, but with no singing or acting talent. or football talent for that matter. or good looks. anyways, all those little kids with ADHD would love Jon and he would make millions.

When The Tommy Kono a few years back put a…well of course, a first place medal around my neck, he told me “you should be in the WWE”  I felt like saying, No Mr Kono I am weightlifter thank you very much!    I dont want to be in the WWE, I want to be a weightlifter, even though the money would be nice.  And there is nothin wrong with people who have ADD, I made alot of money seeling that stuff in highschool.  I stoped taking it becuase it turned me into a damn zombie or a robot.  I gotta let the Jon North come out and let the world know whats up, these Doctors are trying to hold me down!  Hey Lori I would love some food!  I will never turn down a good home cooked meal.  call me!
