I first have to say I disagree with 2 of yours haha! “Doing 50 reps” and “using the ab roller.” I know crossfit athletes get a HECK of a good workout doing 50+ reps. Although, I know that might not be the 50 reps you are talking about. And, if the ab roller is done right that thing is BRUTALLY hard.

-Glued to your cell phone
-Watching tv
-Looking in a mirror making sure you look good

GOOD oNES!! i was talking about the house moms who go to the gym and curl 3 lbs for 30 reps.. i do high reps but i know WHY i am doign them and i make sure it crushes me lol.
 
the ab roller is good.. i use to use it back in the day but half the people in the gym and no clue to use it

When you come up to me and complain that i always have this serious mad look on my face while i am training..
 
It called WORKING OUT my friend!!! I will not have a smile on my face when i am squatting more then my body weight! You should try it sometime

OMG! Mike! This is my biggest pet peeve… i don’t go to the gym to make friends or HANG OUT… I want to go in, crush my workout to the point were i cant even move and then go home…
 
I don’t mind small conversations here and there but i won’t take a 10 minute break to hear about your crazy life. I think its rude and inconsiderate.
 
If i am your friend then call me after the gym or plan a dinner with me… problem solved!  
 
It’s funny because i don’t mind chit chatting with people who are serious in the gym… If we are talking, it most likely has to do with working out.
 
When i start the small talk with certain people it leads to every day and then they want full blow conversation while i am in the MIDDLE OF MY SET!!!! that’s a sign that they need to disappear from my view when i am training… like i said i am in my zone and i don’t want a ripples in it.. 
 
I feel bad when people think i am a gym snob but it’s the only way to get result which most people at my gym don’t seem to realize …
 
That’s why their ass keeps growing every month lol… results take work, its not a party time

I honestly am 100% in agreement with you. I honestly CAN’T count how many times I have started doing a set while someone else is still talking. It is like DUDE SHUT UP! I am trying to lift, seriously haha.

I like how you are focusing on some of the positive things Rob. If you are working out CORRECTLY you are GETTING STRONGER. If you are working out at all you should be working hard and pushing yourself. That way you feel a sense of satisfaction and purpose while you are in the gym.
