If so why???

I change up my workout routine (meaning split of whole body) every two-3 weeks… This keeps by body guessing.

I don’t like to work single muscle groups except leg days because I don’t feel like it is taxing enough for my body.  When I train I like to get my heart rate up and work my body metabolically by doing super sets and short rests.  I feel this help speed up fat loss.

What are your thoughts??

I like my whole body workouts, mostly cause I don’t want to cause too much hypertrophy and muscle damage to any one muscle group to avoid making too much muscle. I’ve always been more of a maintenance girl than a get ripped kind of girl. If I ever decided to do a competition though I would probably change and do more single muscle and split work though.

I prefer splits if  you have the time to commit. We typically split  Chest Tri’s/  Shoulderrs bi’s/  traps back/ Chest tri’s ME work/ legs     We however do abs daily we do them a little different than our body building buddie’s.

I think that if you can concentrate on one to two groups daily your recovery is better not to mention training becomes more efficent. Switching up the order and exercise’s often I believe is critical due to the increase in training days.
Thanks
