taking into consideration to the laws of physics we can learn alot from some simple tricks that can help you manipulate the body to function at optimal strength levels.
1) Calculating work or power by using mathmatic formula’s that we touched on in the past. There are simple measurements that are required for these calculations.
Distance or stroke of the required movement.
Load of the lift in pounds.
speed in which the lift is completed from the static positions.

2) Thermography to find the effected muscles used during each lift.
This is amazing when used on all three primary contest lifts as well as supplementals.
It gives you the the ability to zone in on form correction with each aspect of the lift by detecting the working muscle’s and isolating the correct path for optimal utilization with out damaging joints and stabilizers.
3) Pressure transducer (small battery operated units that are firmly attached to different points of the body)
While being a real pain to setup we can calculate the load you are recieving and the strain incurred on the specific points being measured and by trending physically see how the lifts are progressing. typically u would use a 60% ME load to get these measurements and the goal is to lessen the load the transducers see by correcting the form to optimize and distribute the weight accordingly.

There is also alot of key training methods that can be used to assist in the calculations and optimize distribution without the utilization of tools. Hopefully some of my brothers who have recently joined can help by touching on some of the technical exercise’s we use to correct problems along with the safety exercises that are performed to strengthen the lifts as well as protect us from different undesireable situations that can arise during competition.

Thanks Butch

Yeah Your right I cannot argue that your methods obviously work and work well. Jon you should start a circleville barbell community bro. And thanks for the lockout exercise the other day. I have got the chains just waiting  on the bands.
