Takeing time off is so so good, its like drinking a cold glass of monster energy drink in the hot sunny day. Its like seeing an old friend at the ice skateing rink and slapping hands, its like buying a barnd new puppy and buying a dog snuggie at the seen it on tv store for christmas, Its like winning a political battle with a liberal, its like being with a who puff, its like telling your mom you love her, its like hanging out with dwight shrut from the office at chucky cheese, its like kicking the person in the leg that you dont like, its like quiting your job and yelling as you leave, “whos comeing with me”! Its then like singing the tom petty song free falling in your car right after that, Its like winning the lottery and then giveing your winnings to a homeless chines kid, Its like getting your family and friends into a pyramid scheme and takeing all there mony, Its like telling coach to “stop the fuck up”! lol! 2012

However.. time off is AWESOME.. I was in colorado for a whole week and i did not lift one weight, dranks tons of wine every day and ate my favorite stacys chips, hummus, cheese crakers, thin sliced pizza, nachos and hot cocoa every day!! i was in heaven..
I am back to the grind (didnt gain any weight) but it feels good to be back on my routine.. I wouldnt change it for the world!!

I will now tell the story on how the line “stop the fuck up” came to life. After competeing at the American open in Ohio last few weeks ago, coach Pendlay, me and a bunch of other team mates and fellow weightlifting friends were al sitting around the hotel room kokeing around telling storys or what not. we were already laughing our asses off like crazy! we were all in a funny ass mood, but know one expected what was about to come next! The jokes went on, the ball breaking continued and like always glenn Pendlay was on a roll of story telling and jokes. we are all listening to him tell one of his storys, kinda like yuor grandpa telling another one of his, “back in my day” storys! lol as coach was getting to the punch line i started talking to someone else about god knows what, and right there and then it happend, coach said the funniest thing any of us had ever heard, he yelled as he sat in hs bed upright with some much blankets around him it looked like he was only a torso with no legs, he yelled, “stop the fuck up”! the room went quiet with confusion…….intel one person finaly said….”what”??? “what did you say”? then the room was hit by a bomb of laughter, not only laughing but crying and rolling on the ground laughter. Everybody kept rolling around saying the same thing over and over only makeing it more funny each time, “stop the fuk up”!!!! “stop….the…fuck up”!!!!! over and over gain. “what does that mean coach”? my budy max yelled out as he was on the floor. finaly probably the best and most funny part of the whole night is when coach threw up his hands and said, “i dont know what it means”! so now instead of saying hold the f up, or wait the f up or shut the f up, we al say stop the f up as one of the greatest inside jokes ever invented. and thats the story behind stop the f up. thank you and goodnight.
