Haha thank you matt! I would like to start off by saying Matt is a Hell of a guy as well, he has helped me through my transformation with Diet, he gives me his opinion “Weather i like it or not somethimes :p” But none-the-less he knows what he is talking about and is 9 times out of 10 dead on with his answers. As i sit here Eating my chicken, peppers and onions with sliced almonds bowl of food, i cant help but laugh, at how awkward me and matt are LOL, we seem to have an efixation on Breakfast, we ALWAYS send Breakfast pics to eachother, sometimes we send 3rd or 4th or heck even 6th meal pics but atleast once a day we take a pic of food and send it off haha. but yes to my story now! and i am very humbled people take an intrest in this! Thank you! but i was always fat, i was even over-weight when i was born, and all throughout school and highschool i was always larger, significantly… my biggest was actually 9mnths ago, i was pushing 300lbs, 295lbs would be exact weight i believe but im sure my largest was atleast 300lbs, And i was only 16. But the year of 8th grade something was changing, i was getting to like girls a lot…….and again…a lot. So there was this one girl i swear i honestly loved, i asked her out and was REJECTED dead on the spot. that hit a string in my heart and i was so devistated *Also i was rejected 14x in all in highschool all different girls as well* That night i went home took a look at myself and………HIT THE GYM AND NOW IM RIPPED! END OF STORY…..Right? Nope Completely wrong. Couldnt BE anymore wrong. I Ate a tub of ice-cream, some soda , chips, oh and i believe i had a cupcake or 3. Yep that was my outlet, Junk…. About a year passed and then honestly, i woke up one morning, and i was shocked to how far i let myself go, i honestly couldnt handle it. And from then on i hit the gym, counted my calories, and Snuck in a cheat day every now and again ;P But it was honestly weird how i changed in just one day, i still cant believe it only took that 1 day and i was hooked. i Dropped 102lbs in 8mnths and now i am starting to gain muscle. in 8mnths i turned around 16years. in 240 days i turned around 5840 days of my life. In 5,843 Hours i turned around 140,253 Hours. You get the point. That is my story :D

Thank you!

Before i started training my body i knew i must train my mind first, so about 2 weeks before even stepping foot in the gym i trained my mind to not desire bad food, and i ate healthy for 2 weeks without excercising and i dropped maybe 3 or 4lbs, After i trained my mind to be Disiplined I started reading up on everything basically online, and in the magizenes, some Magizenes less helpful than others, but i got the Jest of it, With counting calories i never even took that into mind until i read an article that was called “Fat Doesnt Make You Fat Calories Do!!” And i was one of those people who if they had a bowl of cereal and looked on the back of the box and it said 130cal. i would fill up a bowl to the brim and half the box would be empty and i would think, “WOW! ONLY 130 calories!” And then wonder why i gained so much weight. In The Article it said One Very acurate way to count calories is by a Food Scale, So i bought one and amazingly I still have the same one today! It was only about $6 its nothing special, just a little scale that has a spring measure in it, i wish it was digital sometimes i think it would be easier! haha.

This put a smile to my face. I love hearing how people started their journey to living a healthy lifestyle.

A simple scale changed your philosophy about eating healthy and balanced!! Most people don’t even take the time to read up on nutrition/training and expect to see instant results.. You are certainly on the right path..

Have you ever thought about competing??

What are your future goals?
Thank you for the kind words! Haha It is funny how life works! Yep i flirt right back to her. My Future Goals, Hmm, Thats a toughy, I know i want to Compete, I want to also Inspire Teens my age or younger or older, that it is possible to change your life, And there ARE simple ways to do so, I want to also be on TV someday, This go’s hand in hand with inspiring teens, i want to get my message out and be PROOF that it is 1000000% Possible to change your life, i never say “Take my life and body back” Because i never had a body, i never had a healthy life, this is my first life, its like im re-born, and i know many teens who want to see that, because we are tired of seeing people who always had the body and maybe stopped hitting the gym for a month and then got ripped again. we hate it! I want to be real with people, if i can do it. so can they! Also i have been training for pro wrestling, but body building may be my new calling :)
