What do you think the faster absorbtion makes a difference? I believe the Muscles need protein As fast as possible, your muscles after a workout are “Dehydrated” in terms… They arnt litterally, but they are so beaten and broken down they need repaired as soon as possible, the reason i used “Dehydrated” is because think of yourself running in a dessert, in 100*+ weather, and you havent drank anything for hours…you are “Beaten and broken down” so your body will then pull all the water it can from you to try and rehydrate, With the muscles if their is no protein immediately the body will try and make protein, by make i mean go after the best source their is for protein in your body….YOUR MUSCLES! So then the workout becomes counter-productive. In my opinion it has helped me, many bodies are different. so it may not be as crucial to others.
What does your diet look like? how did you lose all your weight?
My diet is mostly Protein and GOOD fats, Meal 1- 30g Carbs, 35g protein, 15g Fat…(Post Workout MuscleFeast Hydrolyzed Whey 32g Protein) Meal 2- 30g Carbs, 35g protein, 15g Fat. Meal 3- 15g Carbs, 35g protein, 15g Fat…Meal 4- 15g Carbs, 35g protein, 15g Fat… Meal 5- 14g Protein, 0g carbs, 5g fat….Meal 6 (pre bed)- 21g protein, *0g carbs (If im having plain yogurt with natural PB their may be a small trace of carbs) 10g Fat…. Basically i knew i couldnt let myself get bigger at the time i was 295Lbs and i was getting the rough side of life…Girls turning me down, and life was going down. I woke up and KNEW i needed to turn everything around and from that day on i NEVER looked back :) I trained my mind before my body. i always say to people “Its all about training the mind first, then the body and all will flow evenly” “Its like a Bridge with no river underneath, that bridge wont help you cross water thats not their”
