I like No-Xplode as a pre workout supplement.  It gives me great energy throughout my workout with no energy crashing when I am done.  I noticed that other pre-workout supplements made me crash and feel really tired.

I like to take Extend during workout and post workout.  It taste great and I believe it helps with recovery and preserving muscle due to the BCAA’s.

I heard that super pump is good but I never tryed it

What are your favorite supplements??

i have used most of those products and for the most part got similar results.  all of those products are good and when i am taking a suppliment like that, once i use it all up i usually switch to a different one.  this prevents my body from hitting a plateau do to constant use of the same products.

i’ve used noxplode before and have had good results. lots of energy and good pumps. i hear jack3d is like the same thing and costs less. i havent used any preworkout drink in over a year.  take a couple caffiene pills and generic l-arginine akg and you’ll get the same effect.  noxplode barely has any creatine in it.

What do you guys think about drinking chocolate milk (1 or 2%) as a post workout drink?

I have heard that it is just as good if not better then store bought sports nutrition drinks

The Protein in chocolate milk is between 8 and 11 grams, and the carbohydrate content is between 20-25 grams

“The sugar will cause a spike in insulin levels, driving the glucose molecules into the muscle tissue, and replenishing the energy stores for your next workout. Without this insulin spike, you’re going to be looking at a slower recovery period, which could mean more time out of the gym”

What are your thoughts?  It does seem like a cheaper option…

I dont think its a bad idea..
Your body needs carbs, protein, and patassium after your workout. Chocolate Milk has all of these.
Depending on your goals….
The only thing I would recommend is to add 1 scoup of whey protein for the ultimate post workout drink.

jack3D  is great stuff, Ive’d used it along with Nano-Vapor. My biggest complaint is the taste. It’s probably the closest I’ll ever know what battery acid tastes like.
One of my workout partners has turned  me on to Xyience Drinks, which are sugar free, zero calorie, zero carb, and quite tasty.

Jack3d gets my vote though I’ve only had 4 of the 6 listed. I would love to try Juggernaut that stuff looks interesting.
Jack3d just because of the TINY amount of powder you have to use.

I’m currently taking CYTONOX and that stuff gets me WIRED

NO-Shotgun and 1MR are my 2 favorite products by far. With 1RM probably being my favorite right now. I drank NO-Shotgun for like 3 years, but have recently fell in love with 1MR. I am sure I iwll go back to the NO-Shotgun but boy that 1MR gets me JACKED. It must have a different stimulant in it or something.

I really didn’t like the Jack3d that much for some reason. I even upped it to 3 scoops and didn’t feel much. Who knows. Some people react differentl I guess.

i have had great results with universal nutrition’s Animal pump. easy to take if you can handle “a lot” of pills. great PUMPs. easy to take out the stims if you want and it has never given me jitters or killed my gutt. been taking it for over a year now and it still hits me as hard as the first time i took it. all around great pre-workout in my book.

We have this guy training with us named travis cooper who is really into no xplode and i tried a scoop the one day before the guys worked out and before I was about to do a deadlift session and I was very happy with the results. I can deffinitly say that this is a good quality product that really woke me up mentally to do my deadlift session, not only did it wake me up it put me in a postitice mood for my workout and for the rest of the day. I no that my clients noticed a huge difference in my coaching, they said that I was more alert and more outgoing with training that day. So I highly approve of this no explode product and I would like to thank travis cooper for that one scoop of his no explode. The other good thing about this product is that I believe it is not band by the iwf so it is legal to take before competition, I think that this will be a pregame supplement for me at my next powerlifting meet.

I have about 3 new Pre-Workouts to add to this list. Has anyone every tried C4 by Cellucor? How about NO-Xtreme, also by Cellucor? Man, those are some powerful products. C4 has creatine in it while the NO-Xtreme does not. Also, has anyone tried Neurocore by Muscletech? That is their new pre-workout that is just like Jack3d. They came out with Neurocore after Jack3d came out and pretty much copied it. I thought the energy and pump lasted a little bit longer than the Jack3d to be honest.

That really is pretty odd that you get that jittery and whatnot from pre-workouts. Have you ever tried just taking like 1/4th or 1/2 of the recommended dosage? I do that in the morning a lot just for a pick me up (instead of coffee)
