I am trying to change up my diet and supplements because i think i am hitting a plateau ..

I recommend taking Dextrose or Glucose powder for your post workout  (simple carbs)
You can mix with with a whey protein shake
 
Dextrose/Glucose is pretty cheap, and easy to find.
40-50g protein, and 50-70g of the simple carbs is a good place to start
 
 
 
Universial Torrent is the best I think for full recovery. Ive used it before and seen great gains

i notice full recovery basically, i got a just sold mass, nd it kept my body lean.
 
 
 
Another good post work out is cytocell by cytogenics. this one is very good and it has no sugar if you dont want alot of sugar in your diet

What are your thoughts about these post workout supplements?

I personally use Surge by Biotest its a pretty good product with some really good ingredients.
I train a masters (35 and over) female weightlifter who lhas noticed a significant increase in her recovery from workout to workout since starting to use it back in November.

By far my favorite postworkout is GENR8 Vitargo.  The fruit punch flavor tastes great and it works.  I take that stuff and within hours I could do another workout!
