I read some really good protein recipes on muscledog but I don’t know what the best protein to use.
 
Sometimes my protein pancakes are a little runny…

Dymatixed whey protein, it mixes easy with just a shaker. 50 grams of protein a serving too, and it taste very good.

I have tryed that protein it really is a good suppliment and it taste really good, and easy to mix.

Pro complex by ON is another really good on its basically the same thing

I agree, Optimum nutrition has great supplements.
 
They are reasonably priced and good quality..
 
Has anyone every heard of American Sports Nutrition whey protein?
 
It’s cheap, good quality, taste great, good macro profile and mixes well. 
 

Ive found a new protein power that taste great and digests very well. Nitro Tech Hardcore, taste great and mixes good too. I tried this for two weeks now and it really is putting some good dry lean mass on me. I definitly recomend this product is your tryign to increase you muscle mass and strength.

What is the best protein powder to make protein pudding.  I am looking for a thick consistency when mixed with water.
 
So far I like MHP proabolic, and ON casien  PB chocolate

Without a doubt for me it is 100% Whey by ON.  I especially like the Vanilla Ice Cream flavor!

I am all about chocolate but i want to buy vanilla so i can bake with it..I am looking for a low fat to low carb protien..

More creamy robust taste

Elite Gourmet protein powder is some of the best stuff out there. It is a mix of whey and casein, and mixes extremely well. Their chocolate peanut butter flavor is pretty amazing. It is super cheap as well as compared to other top named brands. Dymatize makes it.

Like protein pudding? I have no ideA! I have never tried that…

I am going to Mr. Olympia this week so i will pick up a sample and try it!!! Protein pudding is so much better then drinking a shake… i think its more satisfying eating something then drinking something

I really like GNC’s Pro Performance Amplified Wheybolic 60. I really really like th etaste and how well it mixes. It is a mix of whey isolates and hydrolyzed whey. It has loads of Leucine and Glutamine, as well as some L-Carnitine in there as well. I know a lot of people are against GNC products but I really do like this product.

i am a pan of protein pudding (1 scoop protien 2 tbsp water 1 tbsp almond butter)
 
You should try it out!! tell me if it makes a good cookie dough like pudding.. i found that mhp probolic makes the best one..

Chocolate and strawberry are both good. I also tried that MHP pudding too (chocolate), 30g of protein and AMAZING!

I am not talking about the ACTUAL pudding they sel.. i male my own pudding with there probolic protein powder.. i am not sure how good the protein ingredeints are for you.. i have tried there actual pudidng and it taste amazing!

Mine taste like cookie dough fudge pudding!! so so so yummy!

Oh boy…I just bought a 25lb bag of protein!!! Whaaaaa! That thing is going to be soooo big. Whenever I see 10lb bag of proteins I am usually like “holy cow, that thing looks like dog food.” I should receive it today - and to say I am excited is a HUGE understatement! Yahooooooooooooooooo probably just take 4 scoops per day. 1 right away in the morning, 1 after the morning workout, 1 after the pm workout, and 1 before bed. Sound pretty good?

Oh boy, this thing is HUUUUGE. 420 servings, 20g of protein per serving, 1.5g of fat, 4g of carbs.
