I hear more and more about all of these pre workout shakes and what not that people are taking, are they really worth it? and if so which ones are the best?

I love Nano vapor by muscle tech I do however stick with the minimum dose due to the fact that it does spike energy alot and change the whole motivation of your workout . I have found that in doing this it is a little more tolerable when you run out. when I first started with vapor I increased the dose and when I ran out my workouts sucked but honestly cutting back to the min I still pump well but do not get the blues when I run out.

are you refering to energy drinks or pre-workout protein shakes?
if you’re refering to protein shakes then the answer is, as usual, “it depends”. a lot of shakes you can get on the market are crap, but as with post-workout shakes you can find decent ones.
the purpose of drinking a shake before your workout is to provide your body with a source of fuel while you are working out to give your muscles a source of amino acids to start rebuilding immediately. proper pre- and peri-workout nutrition can allow you to work out longer than 45 min-1 hour without starting to break down your muscle tissue for energy.
of course you want to be using quality protein in your drinks, otherwise you can negate the good by putting bad stuff in your mouth, but pre-workout drinks can be a useful tool for attaining your goals.

What if you are cutting and trying to lose fat, would adding an extra pre workout shake/meal effect fat loss, I rather eat my food then drink it to keep me feeling full.
I usually eat protein and carbs such as chicken and sweet potato before i workout, I know a pre workout shake would give me immediate energy by digesting faster, but does it really make a difference?

My problem is I would have problems keeping anything down before training. With the limited rest and the weights (Amounts) used It can lead to a pretty messy situation. But one problem I have with the pre work out drinks is I have to force myself to eat for up to 4 hours after the vapor Just not hungry. Right now I am trying a non stimulant pre work out drink to see if it has the same effect

The best pre-work out hands down is Jack3D by USp Labs. The reason why this product has stood out to me is becuase the amount that you need to take compared to other products it so much less. The scoops are like tea spoons which is great becuase you can just down it right before you lift and not feel full or bloated. Not only is that a great possitve of the product. The pump that you get from it is like nothing ells that I have tried. It also gets in to the body very fast and you dont feel like you have a crash on it like most products do.

Wouldn’t it make more sense to replenish your glycogen stores when your body is fully depleted? Your post work out meal/drink will aid in muscle repair/recovery rather then being stored as
