I’m currently using whey protein made by body fortress from holland and barrett, i heard bad reviews on the product so i thought i would change..
what do you use and what would you recommend me to get? looking for the best protein out there now…….cheap price too.
Also i want a protein with a big amount.(2kg-10kg)

It’s not the cheapest, but I’ve used Biotest’s Surge for years cause it’s probably the highest quality you’re going to find. They have some cheaper but still really good types of protein like their Grow (whey) and Metabolic Drive (whey & cassein) brands. If you buy in bulk they aren’t too bad. I’ve been so happy with those brands I can’t say I’ve used anything else in years.

There are so many suggestions about good protein supplements…. check out the supplements forum, and nutrition forums… You can even do a search which is located in the upper right hand corner..
 
I am a big fan of American Sports Nutrition, Optimum Nutrition, MHP Probolic, Synthia 6 by BSN, and metabolic drive.
 
For the price American Sports Nutrition is amazing..
 

How do you feel about those bulk protien sites that offer you a selection of custom mixes?

The prices are cheap but is it any good?

Max, my buddy Sean uses those and he loves it, but he is also an animal and goes through like 3-4 shakes per day. He loves that they allow you to build your own blend, but I have no idea about the quality…

Cool i’m always into the whole custom blend thing.

I get 100% Whey Gold Standard by Optimum Nutrition.  Great tasting and it mixes well.
