This is what I take during my muscle building phase of training. During my prep I add some fish oils, and drop the shakes about the last 2 to 3 weeks before show time and replace with real food.

For a fat burner, which I use from time to time, I like Cellucor D4 Thermal Shock! AMAZING stuff!

wow, that sounds like a lot. if you don’t mind me asking why do you only take fish oil during prep?

Because off season I eat a salmon and white fish everyday. During my prep I want added oil as I drop my salmon.

Interesting supplement list.  I compete in ultra grand masters bodybuilding on the west coast.  I have learned through the years to research the claims of various supplements and determine their cost-benefit. Based on that approach I have narrowed my supplements to whey protein, casein protein, creatine monohydrate, BCAA, dextrose, and beta alanine.  I’m 61 years old and I’m still muscular with just these supplements.
