I have been with the same coach for a long time now, almost 3 years. He is a wonderful man. It was just time to get a new perspective on my conditioning and training. I chose IFBB Pro Bleu Taylor. I interview with him the morning for several hours and I feel it is a perfect fit for my goals!

It was hare to let Sean go. It’s like firing your brother, yet it was time.

In what ways is your new trainer different?

Does he have a different philosophy about training, dieting and supplements?? I am very curious to know how he plans on changing your routine.

I think it was a smart move for you to get a new trainer and see different perspectives

Actually, yes to most. I will be training 6 days now instead of 5. Cardio will always be first thing in the morning before I do a thing to “stimulate” the appetite. FS-7 training will be implemented. I will be doing legs on two days now. Also will bump up bi’s on back day and tri’s on chest day as well as a full gun day as well.

Only one shake a day, instead of 2 or 3. More food! Yoo Hoo! Big breakfast. Oat meal or buckwheat pancakes, sugar free syrup on jam of course, eggs and 1/4 lb of turkey bacon!!!

I interviewed for 2 hrs. I’m excited for sure!
