What do you guys think about airborne?

Is this a bogus supplemenet or the real deal?

I have been taking it all week because my boy friend is sick and we are going away on vacation?

Am i wasting my money?

Airborne dietary supplement was created by a school teacher.

Since then it’s become one of the best-selling, best-known supplements available, containing a special blend of Zinc, Ginger, Echinacea and 13 other vitamins, minerals and herbs.

The key ingredients in Airborne have been shown to support the immune system, as shown in scientific studies and medical journals.

friends have raved about this stuff but i’ll have to admit that i’ve never used it before.
looking at the ingredients, if you take your multi’s and supplement regularly this probably won’t do a whole lot for you, but the assumption is that most people are already deficient because they don’t take their their vitamins, so taking an Airborne will give you a boost of these immune system boosting compounds.
it has more than your typical vitamin C supplements and echinacea, and is probably a tad better than Emergen-C and some of the others. this will probably help a little if you get sick, but you should really try to stay on top of your multis and supplements all the time to keep your immune system up to snuff.

I as well  have never take in on a plane, but I do take it whenever I go on a smaller boat with higher tides/wake. Also this brand wouldn’t still be around or be as well known if it didn’t work as well as it claims to. So if you’re traveling on a plane, train or automobile I think it’s a safe investment if you get motion sickness

I’ve taken it when I’ve gotten quick colds but I don’t know whether or not it has really made a difference in how quickly I get better. It tastes good though :).
Roadhouse, can this also be used for motion sickness? I never knew that that was one of the uses if that’s the case but I might have to try it sometime…

My girlfriend loves airborn and takes it all the time.  I have neevr taken it before but it seems to work very well, so I will give it a try. She always says, “hun, I never get sick”  and now I know why, its the damn air born!!!

I just got back from vacation and didn’t get sick!!! Thank god because my fiancé was sick as a dog before we left…

I can’t see the harm in taking airborne; it’s just filled with vitamins and loads of vitamin C.  I cant say that I truly know it prevented me from getting sick but I like the fact that I am being precautious, ITS ALL MENTAL RIGHT?!!!

I will continue to take it when I feel like i am about to catch a cold… TASTE GREAT TO
