  • I grew up in a small town called Graettinger, Iowa. I was a state champion in the state of Iowa before heading to the University of Northern Iowa. I received my B.A. in Exercise Science there. My Personal Training Certifications Include: USA Weightlifting, Crossfit Level 1, and ACE.
