  • After an ankle injury, I ballooned up to 265! I spent 2 years carrying that weight. Finally I began lifting and doing serious cardio on my recent deployment to Iraq and I got down to 215lbs. I have gained a few pounds and lost some of my muscle mass from partying too much when I got home. Now I am back on track, lifting and working out everyday! I am ready to finish getting this weight off...
