jimmyboom: They’re not eggwhites, regular eggs lol. Depending on if I’m bulking or not those will be egg whites when I’m trying to cut down and slim a little.  Right now I’m just taking Aminos and I’m going to try out Waxy Maize by 1Fast400. My friend on my team said he likes it.

llulko: Your meal plan looks pretty good.. Thats alot of egg white lol… I hope you buy the bottled egg white or that would be a sh*t load of eag whites to break in the morning!!!  what supplements do you take???
