    3 egg whites
    1 tsp. flax seed oil
  • Meal 2:
  • 1/2 cup brown rice
    4 oz of lean protien
  • Meal 3:
  • 1/2 grapefruit
    1/2 cup brown rice
    4 oz lean protein
     
  • Meal 4:
  • 1 cup green beans
    4 oz sweet potato
    4 oz of lean protein
    1 tsp of flax seed oil or 5 almonds
  • Meal 5:
  • 3 oz of salmon
    2 wasa crackers or 1/2 cup brown rice
  • Meal 6:
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables
    3-4 oz of lean protein
  • Meal 7:
  • Only if I’m starving…
     
    2 egg whites
    3 oz of sweet potato

klaucius: Yep! Can you believe it? That was about 12 hours before I got on stage-the absolute lowest….but trust me, it’s back up 3% by the time we carb up, etc :)

Is this correct? That is really really really low.. lower then most figure athletes competing..
