Angela_Alfaqih: Hi! I made your recipe for nutrigrain bars last night..and just ate one this morning. HEAVEN! They are so good! Thank you for posting that recipe. I added chopped almonds, cashews, and goji berries to mine. Delicious. :)

ThorThunder: its a blend of Pine nut extract, Sesamin, and CLA the pine nut is what helps with appetite so if u have a prblem with appetite i suggest the “Superfats” im taking about 3caps in the morning and 2 in the evening so roughly 3,500mg a day of the blend

ThorThunder: Everything is going pretty well. Taking CLA now! talked to the doctor and it was all good. its called “Nutabolics Superfats” its made of CLA, Sesamin, And Pine Nut extract. really curbs my appetite and cravings for bad food is wayyyyyyyyy down. havent cheated in 6 days pushing for 8 days :)

thanks for the add. I jsut actually started to compete this year. As for my for workouts i do split workouts. I hit legs twice in a week and focus on workout on glutes as they are my problem area. Im off season right now so my cardio is a lot lower than i do precontest. Im trying to put some good quality lean muscle on.

jondogg1985: Aw you’re so sweet! I believe that abs are built in the kitchen so Iknow how important it is to eat right. Sometimes its hard because of time or what I’m in the mood for. I do eat WAY healthier than I used to!

jondogg1985: Haha! Yes sometimes Pizza is consumed. I have only had chips once in the past 6 months! I’m trying to cut and to build too which I know is hard, but at the very least cut a lot and maintain my stats. I uploaded some pics if you wanna check em out =)
