thanks for the add. I jsut actually started to compete this year. As for my for workouts i do split workouts. I hit legs twice in a week and focus on workout on glutes as they are my problem area. Im off season right now so my cardio is a lot lower than i do precontest. Im trying to put some good quality lean muscle on.
