GD_30: I like the ON protein shakes, I’ve been taking them for a few years now. I just got some supplements from USPLabs this week and right now my targert is hitting 2500 calories, 241g of protein and carbs to try and gain some muscle mass. I try to spread the meals to 6 meals a day when I can.
