  • -2 hardboiled eggs (pre-workout snack)
    -coffee or tea

  • -tuna and hardboiled egg
    -sprouts and green beans
    -flaxseed oil
    -grapefruit 
  • Meal 4:
  • -white fish or salmon
    -1 cup mixed greens
    -green tea/ coffee
  • Meal 5:
  • -same as meal 3, minus the grapefruit

  • -lean steak
    -large salad w/ olive oil/apple cider vinegar dressing

  • (if im still hungry)
