DFine: I trust Optimum nutrition products and this creatine is really good
This product is affordable, compared to other brand names and mixes great with protein shakes.
I also have gone up substantially in every lift and I truly believe this supplement has helped

JonNorth: Does this creatin bload you?  I know some creatins put so much water weight on you it just dose not look good.
