bi's and chest

Description:
Today i worked bi's and chest with one of my football buddies, i started off with a 10 min run to warm up a lil, then did b 3 sets of 25 lb dumbbell curls, then did flat bench dumbbell presses 4 sets, then went on to 7's curls, then did flat bench for 4 sets, after that i did super set curls then negative curls with increased weight 4 sets each, then moved on to incline bench for 4 sets and ended it off with close flat bench dumbbell presses and 100 (struglin lol) pushups. Anything anyone wants to add or take away is appreciated

thegmenxlii: Arms are important for rips and swims and clubs, also for extending on a block, but i agree i really need to work on explosion, can you tell me what olympic lifts to do and how?

JonNorth: Why are you doing body building for football?   Football is all legs and back, yea I can see doing some bench press for blocking, but why arms?  why so many reps?  Football is not how you look or just strength, but explosion!  These workouts you are doing are slow, not explosive.  speed, power, and strength are what you need on the feild, not how many times you can curl, when do you curl in football?  snatch, clean and jerk, squat brother, thats all you need.  wright me back, I would love to talk
