lizzy: This is great stuff! I do crossfit out of florida and the snatch and clean are a big part of crossfit. They are very hard lifts to master, alot of people on crossfit seem to have a little trouble getting these lifts down, they are very complex, but this guy seems to have it under control! lol

JonNorth: haha know he is not! This guy has the heart of a champion brother. By lifting heavy weight everyday like these guys do, yes it will put weight on you not only becuase the weight is so heavy but becuase you half to eat so much to be able to recover for the next day of hard training. But all of these guys are in there own weight classes so they train a little heavier and then cut down just a little but. You should try it! It will make your legs, back, traps, and ass bigger and thicker. It will put size on you and its fun. Dont be that guy with a hug upper body and small legs, and this sport will put some legs on you!
