barbelldog: John I can answer some of your questions for him Big vick trains in arkansas and is one of the most impressive unequipped drug free lifters I have met to date. Jig Vick just graduated college I believe last year and trains with the Top Hogs Power Team. Vick and I have been working together for a little over three years now having conversations at 5AM a few times per month. The dude is sick Considering the injuries he has suffered and still competes and crushes the raw competition.
I think three years ago He tore a quad and succesfully ripped a peck. After surgery and months of rehab (Done I believe by himself) He came back stronger and crazier than ever. He will one day when they get electric to his town(Joke right) Join Muscledog.
