llulko: thanks!! I agree!! you could do plyos, bands, HIIT, body weight pushups, dips triceps pushups jump sqauts, walking lunges ect.. You just have to be creative.. You could even run stairs in a hotel lol..

bigbiff: For me LLulko I would use bands  push ups pull up bar I would use the basic body weight to keep myself going while I was on the road. You really don’t need weights to keep your self fit while on the road.  This is my belief on this.
