JonNorth: These videos were much harder to film that you would think! Keeping the bar in your hands that long hurts! Holding those possitions while Coach Pendlay talks is even harder! Plus you half to keep a straight face the whole time, and for some reason I was sweating like crazy and sweat was dripping into my eyes man!!! damn! The whole time you are nervous becuase you dont want to mess up, becuase when you do you get yelled at and hit by boss man Dave spitz and then coach Pendlay will throw a baby elephant at your face! damn coach my bad! hahahah wtf am I doing with my life
