Band Good Morning at an Angle

This is one of my favorites. Choke your band around a low anchor like the pull through and put the other end of your band around your neck. Step back far enough that you have to lean backward in order to not fall over. Stick your hips back and bend over until the weight is in the ball of your foot (it should be in your heels before you go down) then return up. Really focus on your hips doing the work and squeeze your butt.
