High intensity overload for Back Tuesday March 27th

Heavy High intensity CNS overload Training for Back work, working on Form improvement as well. Need to remember to slow down on some lifts and speed up on others. Intensity was High enough post w/o I lost it spent an hr worshipping the Porcelain God lol. Had to kick up Carbs to restart my system. This morning Back is fired, sore, Pipeline looks and feels Huge, Lats are starting to spread. Now its 2 days rest till friday when we hit it again
