I was not talking about you doing the same workouts every week.. I was wondering if you only do 1 muscle group per workout all the tiime or do you change it up and to 2-3 body parts or whole body workouts??
i try to hit each muscle group at least two times a week so i do less volume..
do you every change up your routine and do whole body ?
