I was not talking about you doing the same workouts every week.. I was wondering if you only do 1 muscle group per workout all the tiime or do you change it up and to 2-3 body parts or whole body workouts??

adlemmons: This workout took me about 40 mintues. I don’t take very long breaks, and I did a superset with the Good Mornings and Pull Ups. This is just what I did this week for Back. I rarely do the same workout every week.

i try to hit each muscle group at least two times a week so i do less volume..
 
do you every change up your routine and do whole body ?
