Description:
Day 1: Chest, Shoulders, Abs + Cardio (20-30 minutes of Interval setting on Elliptical) Day 2: Legs + Cardio (20-30 Interval Elliptical) Day 3: Biceps, Triceps, Back, Abs + Cardio (20-30 minutes Interval Elliptical) Day 4: Cardio (60 minutes of Interval Elliptical) Day 5: Rest Repeat Elliptical is my cardio of choice due to right knee issues.
