- Monday: High Intensity Insanity workout
Tuesday: Low intensity Insanity (am) +pm workout w/weights
upper chest work: 4 sets of 7 using 3 different machines that work the upper chest.
Triceps: 3 sets of 10 (either with rope or hand grip)
Biceps: 3 sets of 10 (preacher curls)
3 sets of 10 (hammer curls)
Globlet squats w/weight: 3 sets of 20
Lat Pull downs: 3 sets of 10
My abs are typically done during my insanity workout.
Wednesday: High Intensity Insanity Workout
Thursday: Low intensity Insanity (am) + weights (pm)
Same workout as Tuesday, but focus on inner chest or lower chest.
Friday: High Intensity Insanity workout
Saturday/Sunday - Recover
